Mindful Mamma Hypnobirthing

Using focused relaxation techniques and giving clients an understanding of how the body and mind can work together, we can support a positive birthing experience. This 6 hour course gives you all the tools you (and your partner) will need and I can facilitate this in a group session or 1:1.

You will also have access to course content following the workshop to keep you feeling confident and supported.
