Mindful Mamma Hypnobirthing
Using focused relaxation techniques and giving clients an understanding of how the body and mind can work together, we can support a positive birthing experience. This 6 hour course gives you all the tools you (and your partner) will need and I can facilitate this in a group session or 1:1.You will also have access to course content following the workshop to keep you feeling confident and supported.
Group Sessions and Workplace Wellness
Group Relaxation Sessions based at Westbury Wildlife Park or The Practice Rooms (Stokes Croft) are a calming way to reduce stress and support emotional wellbeing. With breathwork and Hypnotic trance, these sessions are tailored to give you a chance to switch off, relax and reset.

I have also teamed up with Pilates expert Zoe (www.pilateswithzoe.co.uk) to give you the opportunity to move your body, build core strength and relax your mind. In 2026, we will be running these sessions monthly so contact us now to book your place.
