
Group Relaxation and Breathwork
I have noticed that most people do not give themselves enough time to switch off and relax. This is a key part of wellbeing; and I believe it should be encouraged.
My relaxation sessions provide a space to focus on you; with an emphasis on learning (or relearning) the importance of looking after yourself.
I can offer workplace wellness sessions to give colleagues a space to wind down, and learn techniques to help manage anxiety and stress.
